Richard L. Agee, CCIM, is a Principal at Westlake Associates, Inc. He has been associated with the firm since 1982. He has assisted clients in the acquisition and disposition of apartments, retail centers and smaller office and industrial properties. A high percentage of transactions were involved with IRS 1031 Exchanges. At the request of existing clients, he has taken on the management of in-city apartments for their portfolios. He has an undergraduate degree in History and Political Science and has done graduate work in Business. In addition to continued real estate education, Richard completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) program and received Designated Number 4749.
