| Tyler Smith is a Northwest native, specializing in the sale of multifamily properties for private owner and investors in Pierce and South King County. Prior to his tenure with Westlake, Tyler worked in the commercial finance industry and was involved in his family's viniculture business. Tyler graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in economics and has continued his education with the enrollment into the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) program.
