The Alyward Apartments was built in 1909 and consists of 13 classic one bedroom units with high ceilings. This classic brick building has most of the old world charm intact including classic glass hutches in the kitchen and lighting fixtures. Some of the building improvements include partially re-plumbing, central hot water heater and individually metered forced-air gas furnaces. All of the units receive natural light from 2 walls of windows. There is a large central skylight that showcases the grand open staircase.
