Collin began his career at a national brokerage firm before joining Westlake Associates in 2005. Just three years later, he became a Principal, reflecting his early success in the industry.

In 2008, Collin partnered with his brother Curran to form Westlake’s first “brother team,” specializing in the acquisition and disposition of core Seattle multi-family properties.
