Preston Petersen specializes in multifamily investment properties throughout Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region. His focus is helping property owners, investors, and families navigate acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term investment strategies for apartment and small multifamily assets.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Preston worked as a consultant providing financial analysis, data modeling, and technology solutions for complex business matters. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oregon State University and brings a highly analytical approach to real estate investment decisions. By combining market knowledge with data-driven research, Preston helps clients identify opportunities, evaluate risk, and make informed investment decisions.

Real estate has been a constant part of Preston’s life. Through his family’s ownership and management of multifamily properties, he developed an early understanding of property operations, tenant relations, maintenance planning, and long-term asset management. This hands-on experience provides valuable perspective when advising investors on both the financial and operational aspects of multifamily ownership.

Preston is particularly interested in helping owners uncover value through market analysis, operational improvements, and strategic disposition planning. He believes that successful brokerage is built on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of each client’s investment objectives.

Outside of work, Preston enjoys running, hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest, and exploring new technology and data-driven approaches to real estate investing.
