$12M Sale of Uptown 41-Unit

SEATTLE – An apartment building located at 105 Mercer Street has sold for $11.8 million. This property was listed by Ian Brown of Westlake Associates, Inc.

The sellers were three LLCs associated with Blueprint Capital, which acquired the property in 2017 for just over $8.9 million, then renovated it for value-add.
