Sidney works Multifamily Apartment Sales for the Dinius-Warsinske Multifamily Group. Sidney began his career in 2015 at Kidder Mathews. His exceptional service, attentive listening, and strategic planning skills help his clients to be as successful as possible. While at Kidder Mathews, Sidney quickly excelled and became Vice President in just three years. During his first year at Kidder Mathews, Sidney was awarded Rookie of the Year, recognizing him as the top first-year producer in the company in 2017. In addition, Sidney was the highest-grossing Rookie of the Year in the company’s history. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Sidney worked at Seagate Properties to strengthen his knowledge of apartment real estate investments, fine-tuning his ability to effectively and accurately underwrite multifamily properties and to value investment opportunities. Prior to Westlake Associates, Sidney also served as First Vice President Investments at Marcus & Millichap, and received Marcus & Millichap’s National Achievement Award twice, which is awarded to the top 10 percent of brokers in the country, nationally.
